RF Microneedling

What to Expect from Cutera Secret Pro Procedures

Before receiving RF microneedling or a CO2 laser treatment, you will first consult with our team to develop a customized treatment plan. We can help you determine which treatment(s) are best for your unique treatment goals.

Both RF microneedling and the CO2 laser are non-surgical treatments. At your appointment, your skin will be prepped with a numbing cream to alleviate any discomfort. A series of 3-4 treatments scheduled 4-6 weeks apart is recommended for the best results.

Results and Recovery from Cutera Secret Pro Treatments

After RF microneedling treatments, mild swelling, bruising, and redness are common for about two days. After a CO2 light laser, similar side effects as well as skin peeling will occur for up to one week. To limit swelling and discomfort, we recommend that patients avoid strenuous activity and sun exposure for a few days after treatment. The results gradually develop over the course of a few weeks and will last about one year.
