Who can Benefit from a Customized Facial?

Almost anyone of any age can benefit from a customized facial to improve their overall skin health and slow signs of aging. However, those with open skin in the treatment area, cold sores, bacterial or fungal infections, severe eczema or rosacea, recent sunburn, or recent scar tissue on the face may not be good candidates for a custom facial treatment. Be sure to discuss any medications that you are currently taking with your skin care professional during your consultation, as certain medications may contraindicate specific treatments.

What to Expect?

During your customized facial treatment, your skin care professional will first speak with you regarding your skin concerns and goals. This will help to ensure that the facial treatment is completely customized to your individual needs. The treatment steps may differ, depending on your defined skin goals. However, customized facials may include cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, massage, masks, and more to help improve your skin health. The main goal of your customized facial will be to supply your skin with what it needs for optimal health, whether that be hydration, exfoliation, extractions, etc. Our Estheticians will also suggest skincare products for you to take home and use on your skin to maintain the results from your facial. Please avoid using any retinoids on the skin for at least 3 days prior to any facial treatments. Our team aims to provide each of our patients with professional, effective, and outstanding care for the best possible results.

What are the Results?

Following a customized facial, your skin will feel hydrated and soft, and have a healthy glow to it. Depending on the products used during your treatment, you may be advised to stay out of the sun for the remainder of the day, or wear sunscreen to protect your skin. There is no downtime required following a customized facial, so you can feel free to return to your everyday activities! Customized facials may be repeated as often as once every week to maintain healthy, glowing skin.
